We appreciate your selection of our travel package(s). By completing your trip booking on our website, you are automatically accepting and bound by our terms of use. We kindly request you to carefully review the following terms and procedures to ensure a thorough understanding of your preferred trip's conditions. These terms and conditions are applicable for all bookings made through our official websites.

1-Pricing:

We guarantee competitive pricing and the ease of online reservations. Unless specified otherwise, all prices displayed on our website are per person and do not cover additional expenses like tips for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, room services, and laundry. Please be aware that the published rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as fluctuations in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport costs.

 

2-Methods of payments:

We gladly accept payments through a wide range of major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. For your convenience, the full payment must be made using a credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to finalize the transaction. Rest assured, the payment will be reflected as a charge on your credit card statement.

 

3-Confirmation of payment:

After the payment is successfully processed, our travel consultants will promptly email you a confirmation slip. This printout serves as proof of payment, which you can present to the service provider to redeem your tour package. We kindly request you to ensure that all the travel requirements you provided at the time of booking are accurate and up-to-date for a seamless experience.

 

4-Cancellation & No Show Policy:

4.1-Cancellation:

Please note that each Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel may have its specific cancellation policies. Prior to booking any activity with us, we highly recommend that clients carefully review the cancellation policy associated with that particular tour.

For Combo tours, cancellation is permitted. However, if a single tour within the Combo is canceled, the client will no longer be eligible for the Combo offer. In such cases, we will consider the Individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour and refund the remaining amount accordingly.

Please be aware that Tourist Visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made on our website.

While booking a combo, kindly ensure that all combo tour options are available. If certain options are not available, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have selected from the available options.

 

4.2- NO Show:

In the event of a no-show for the tour or the non-utilization of tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental, or chauffeur-driven services, we regret to inform you that no refunds, either partial or full, can be provided. Additionally, confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services cannot be rescheduled. We kindly request you to adhere to the scheduled itinerary to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

 

5-Cancellation Procedures:

Before proceeding with cancellation, we advise you to thoroughly review the specific cancellation rules that pertain to your tour package. In the event that you wish to cancel all or part of your reservation, kindly notify SAM Luxury Tourism in writing. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will promptly respond via email or telephone to confirm the cancellation and inform you about any applicable fees that may need to be paid. Please be aware that SAM Luxury Tourism cannot be held accountable for any cancellations that have not been received from you or not confirmed by our team. It is essential to ensure that all communication regarding cancellations is duly acknowledged to avoid any misunderstandings.

 

6. Itinerary Amendments:

Please be informed that the itinerary and services included in your package are subject to possible changes due to factors like local conditions, weather, and airway schedules. If such circumstances arise, we will strive to offer alternative options of similar value, based on availability. Whenever possible, we will notify you of any changes in the itinerary before the departure date.

Please note that SAM Luxury Tourism reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary at any time, without the obligation of reimbursement. Additionally, in the event of force majeure situations, such as floods or earthquakes, no reimbursement can be provided. We assure you that we will always act in your best interest to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, even in the face of unforeseen events.

 

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy:

In the event that we are unable to secure accommodation at your preferred hotel, we will diligently work to offer a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. However, please note that the check-in and check-out policy is primarily determined by the hotel you have selected. SAM Luxury Tourism cannot be held responsible for any deviations from the hotel's check-in and check-out schedule, as these might be influenced by their busy operational demands. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the specific policies of your chosen hotel to avoid any inconveniences during your stay. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to ensure your accommodation arrangements align with your preferences and needs.

 

8. Travel Insurance:

SAM Luxury Tourism assumes no liability for any damages resulting from accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. To safeguard against unforeseen events, we highly recommend that travelers obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy. Travel insurance provides essential coverage and peace of mind, offering financial protection in case of unexpected circumstances during your journey. Ensuring that you are adequately insured will help you enjoy your trip with confidence, knowing that you are prepared for any potential challenges that may arise.

 

9. Travel Documents:

Every guest is responsible for ensuring they carry all necessary documents relevant to their particular tour, including a valid passport or ID card. This is especially crucial for guests traveling from other countries. Please be aware that no refunds can be provided in the event of lost or missing documents.

Regardless of nationality, passengers are strongly advised to check with their respective country's consulate to obtain information on entry requirements before planning their visit. It is equally vital to inquire with your consulate regarding current visa and health requirements, as these regulations may change without prior notice. Being well-informed about the necessary documentation will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
